INSTRUCTIONS FOR TEA PREPARATION
PREPARATION
- Never infuse green tea in boiling water.
- Heat the water to boiling. Wait until it cools to about 60-70 ° C and then infuse the tea bag in 2 dcl of water.
- After three minutes, stir and remove the tea bag.
- If you wish you can add lemon juice to the prepared tea beverage and sweeten it to taste with Herba Medica fruit sugar (fructose) suitable for diabetics.
STORAGE
After use, securely close the tea container and store it in a dry place at room temperature.
COCKTAIL RECIPE

Sparkling water | 1 glass |
 |
Honey (or fructose) | 1 teaspoons (1/2 teaspoons) |

Grapefruit | 1/2 glass of grapefruit juice |
 |
Lemon | 1/2 glass of lemon juice and a pinch of lemon zest |
 |
Pineapple | 2 glasses of pineapple juice |
 |
Apple juice | 1 glass |
 |
Ice cubes | As many as they fit into your shaker |

Herba Medica green tea | 3-4 tea bags |
MIX
 |
Mix the still water and honey (or fructose), then heat in a pan for 1 minute. Add the Herba Medica green tea bags, cover with a lid and let it infuse for 5-10 minutes. Allow the syrup to cool down. |

Mix the lemon, grapefruit, pineapple and apple juice to the syrup. Add the ice cubes and sparkling water. |
ENJOY
