Drinking this tea, which has a mild and pleasant taste, replaces the fluid lost by breastfeeding. The tea contains common vervain (verbena), caraway seeds, fennel seeds, anise seeds, peppermint leaves and chamomile blossoms. Common vervain (verbena) contains active ingredients that increase milk secretion in nursing mothers. Peppermint leaves contain active ingredients with calming effect. In addition, through the mother’s milk the active ingredients in peppermint leaves, caraway seeds and fennel seeds help alleviate cramps and gastric strain in the baby, which are often a result of the mother’s incorrect diet.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR TEA PREPARATION
Infuse the tea bag in 2 dl of boiling water. Wait six minutes, then stir and remove the tea bag. If you wish you can add lemon juice to the prepared tea beverage, and sweeten it to taste with Herba Medica fruit sugar (fructose) suitable for diabetics.
After use, securely close the tea container and store it in a dry place at room temperature.
