1. Introductory Provisions and Application of Terms and Conditions

1.2. Validity and Legislation
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the relationship between the seller and the buyer (natural or legal person). They apply to all orders and purchases made in the online store [Your address]. The provisions of Slovenian legislation apply., including the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1) and the Obligations Code (OZ), as well as relevant European Union regulations.
2. Ordering and Concluding the Contract
2.1. Prices and Tax
All prices are quoted in euros (€). Prices for B2C customers include VAT, unless otherwise stated. Prices for B2B customers (wholesale) may be net prices, with VAT charged separately as specified in the offer or contract. Prices are valid at the time of placing the order.
2.2. Ordering and Confirmation Process
The purchase agreement is considered concluded at the moment the seller confirms the order (the buyer receives an electronic message confirming the order, not just an automatic confirmation of receipt). From that moment on, the prices and other terms are fixed and apply to both parties.
2.3. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Payment by card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.): Via a secure payment interface.
- Bank transfer (proforma invoice): The order will be shipped after receipt of payment.
- Personal pickup: Payment can be made in advance (methods 1 and 2) or upon delivery.
3. Delivery and Acceptance
3.1. Delivery Terms and Costs
Shipping costs are indicated during the ordering process and depend on the weight, size of the package, and the selected delivery location. For purchases over [Amount] €, shipping is free (for B2C).
3.2. Delivery Times

4. B2C – Special Provisions for Consumers
This section applies only to natural persons (consumers) who purchase products for personal use.
4.1. Right to Withdraw from the Contract (Return)
The consumer has the right to notify the seller within 14 days of receiving the goods that they are withdrawing from the contract without having to give a reason for their decision.
🚨 Important Notice (Health and Hygiene): Right of withdrawal does not apply for goods that are perishable (including certain dietary supplements and teas) and for sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, if the consumer has broken the seal after delivery (ZVPot-1, Article 43, paragraph 4).

4.2. Warranty for Material Defects
The seller guarantees against material defects in the products sold in accordance with the law. The buyer must notify the seller of the defect within two months of discovering it.
5. B2B – Special Provisions for Business Partners (Wholesale)
This section applies to legal entities or sole proprietors (wholesale).
5.1. Application of the Terms
In the event of any discrepancy between these GTC and a written wholesale agreement, the provisions of the agreement shall prevail.
5.2. Withdrawal from the Agreement
Legal entities have no right to withdraw from the contract without reason (the 14-day return period does not apply). Returns are only possible in the event of a product defect or by prior agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability and Security
6.1. Health Claims Statement (Key Regulatory Safeguard)
The products we offer are natural teas and dietary supplements. They are not intended to treat, diagnose, prevent, or alleviate any disease or condition. They are not a substitute for consulting a doctor or pharmacist. Users should consult a specialist before use if they are taking medication or have health problems. Herba Medica, d.o.o. accepts no responsibility for the consequences of incorrect use of the products.
6.2. Accuracy of Product Information
Herba Medica takes great care to ensure the accuracy of the information and ingredients listed on its website. Given the nature of our products (adaptation of natural flavors, traditional recipes), the product information is binding, but we reserve the right to make minor adjustments to the recipe that do not affect the basic quality and performance of the product.
7. Protection of Personal Data and Dispute Resolution
7.1. Data Protection
Data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
7.2. Dispute Resolution
