1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (B2C Consumers)
Consumer buyers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
2. Conditions for Refunds
The returned product must be:
Returned within 14 days of notification of withdrawal.
Unopened, undamaged, unused, and in its original, undamaged, sealed packaging.
Proof of purchase (invoice) must be enclosed.
3. Exception to Returns (For Health and Hygiene Reasons)
Refund not possible for:
Products that were open protective seal or packaging (food supplements, teas), as they are not suitable for further sale after opening and pose a risk to hygiene and health.
Products made to measure or specifically for the customer.
4. Refund Procedure
Notice: Send an email to info@herba-medica.si stating the order number and your request for a refund.
Instructions: After approval, we will send you shipping instructions.
Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs. We recommend using a traceable shipping method.
5. Refund of the Purchase Price
If the return is approved and the conditions are met, we will refund the full purchase price (including standard delivery costs) to your original payment method within [Number] business days.
Shipping costs: The cost of return shipping is covered by the buyer.
Reduction in repayment: If we determine that the item has been used or damaged (except for defects), we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Goods
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours upon receipt. We will immediately arrange for a replacement or refund at our expense.
