Food supplement with three ingredients:

  • PEA affects PPAR receptors, which regulate nutrient metabolism, and CB2 receptors and the TRPV1 channel, through which it reduces inflammation and pain.
  • Turmeric extract influences the balance of immune T cells, thus regulating inflammation.
  • Beta caryophyllene from cloves stimulates CB2 receptors of the endocannabinoid system, reducing inflammation and pain.

Opis

Three natural extracts.

Palmitoylethanolamide in palm extract, beta caryophyllene and eugenol in clove extract, and curcuminoids in turmeric extract are three all-natural, high-quality ingredients. The growing of the plants themselves provides the conditions for these herbs to produce the right quantities of medicinal molecules, and then the processing ensures that the content of these medicinal molecules is precisely defined and always the same (i.e. standardised). These are not just ordinary extracts, but the result of scientific research into the healing power of nature.

Triple action.

Palmitoylethanolamides and BCP affect PPAR receptors, which regulate fat and sugar metabolism, and reduce inflammation and pain.

Palmitoylethanolamide and beta-caryophyllene increase the activity of CB2 endocannabinoid receptors, thus reducing inflammation and pain also through this channel.

Curcuminoids and eugenol regulate dendritic immune cells and the ratio of immune T cells that tolerate inflammation. They act by reducing inflammation by stopping the immune system's signals to continue to cause inflammation throughout the body.

Four patented, clinically tested extracts.

Palmitoylethanolamide has been investigated by scientists in more than 350 studies, and our formulation is the subject of 8 different clinical studies (on Covid relief and long Covid[1], on pain reduction[2], on knee arthritis support[3], on faster recovery after sport[4], on reducing pain during the menstrual cycle[5], etc.).

Beta caryophyne is the subject of a clinical study on pain reduction comparable to analgesics such as ibuprofen and paracetamol.[6]

Eugenol is a powerful antioxidant that scavenges free radicals in cells. It reduces most markers of inflammation through the NF- channelκB.[7]

Curcumin C3 complex is one of the most clinically tested turmeric extracts in the world with over 50 studies.[8]

Inflammation: a healthy reaction of the immune system that becomes a potentially dangerous process after the age of 30

Inflammation is the immune system's natural reaction to a pathogen. The immune system sends T cells to where the pathogen is, and they in turn call macrophages, neutrophils and lymphocytes. These immune cells then start attacking the pathogen. But if this inflammation lasts too long, it becomes chronic. In this case, these immune cells start attacking healthy cells and tissues.[1]

Modern life: increased inflammation factors

Stress (too much work or sport), age, illness and poor diet (too much sugar and/or fat) cause inflammation. This shows up as reduced energy, poor concentration, »muskelfiber«, diabetes, faster ageing.

Standard therapies: symptom relief or unproven mechanisms of action

The standard medical therapy for such problems is painkillers and anti-inflammatory drugs that relieve symptoms. However, people often also resort to various dietary supplements containing scientifically untested extracts of ingredients such as ashwagandha, turmeric or synthetic forms of resveratrol, berberine, quercetin, etc.

Old herbs, new scientific discoveries

Over the last 20 years, science has focused on the role of PPARs and endocannabinoid receptors in directly reducing pain and inflammation. Unfortunately, most of the molecules that have been studied act on both CB1 and CB2 receptors. However, CB1 receptors also have psychoactive effects and therefore these molecules are not suitable for general use.[2]

InflammaCare 322: a natural food supplement with scientifically proven ingredients

In recent years, science has discovered that some spices, such as cloves, black pepper or turmeric, contain molecules that only activate CB2 receptors.[3] InflammaCare 322 is one of the first supplements based on scientific research into the effects of these natural molecules. It contains the first ingredients that have been well clinically tested, so that both the mechanism of action and the final effects are known.

Frequently asked questions

What are 322 InflammaCare capsules and how do they work?

322 InflammaCare capsules are a natural supplement with PEA, BCP, and curcumin that reduce inflammation, support pain relief, and promote recovery by targeting CB2 and PPAR-α receptors.

What are the benefits of PEA in 322 InflammaCare capsules?

PEA is supposed to activate PPAR-α and CB2 receptors, reducing inflammation and pain, making it ideal for managing chronic conditions like arthritis.

How does curcumin in 322 InflammaCare capsules reduce inflammation?

Curcumin reduces inflammation by blocking the NF-κB pathway and lowering pro-inflammatory cytokines, easing pain and supporting immune health.

Are 322 InflammaCare capsules safe for long-term use?

Yes, 322 InflammaCare capsules are a natural anti-inflammatory with no long-term side effects, making it a natural alternative to NSAIDs (non steroid anti inflammatory drugs) for chronic pain and inflammation.

Who should use 322 InflammaCare capsules?
