How can I place an order on your website?
To place an order, simply browse our online shop, select the products you want and add them to your basket. Proceed to checkout, and once your payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Your order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation from us (not just an automatic receipt confirmation).

What are the postage costs?
The shipping costs are calculated at the time of purchase according to weight and Size procurement; and delivery location. Postage is free for orders over 75 € in Slovenia.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 3-5 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on the location and delivery service you choose. You will also receive a tracking number after dispatch.
Can I change my delivery address after I place an order?
If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@herba-medica.si. We can only change the address before dispatching your order.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order before dispatch. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. In case of cancellation, please contact us immediately.
Do you allow international shipping?
Yes, we allow international shipping. Delivery times and costs vary depending on the recipient country. You can check shipping options and prices at the time of checkout.
How can I return the product?
As a consumer, you have the right to 14 days withdraw from the contract after receiving the product. However perishable products or Closed products, that have been opened cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
What should I do if the product is damaged or defective?
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 2 months since the fault was discovered. We will help you with the return or replacement process.
Can I return the product if I change my mind?
Yes, most products can be returned within 14 days. However, products such as food supplements, teas or open sealed products, cannot be returned due to health and hygiene regulations.
Do you offer a product guarantee?
Yes, we guarantee the quality of our products against material defects. If the product appears to be damaged, please notify us within 2 months from the discovery of the fault, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Are your products safe to eat?
Our natural teas and food supplements are not intended for the treatment, diagnosis, prevention or alleviation of a medical condition. If you are taking medication or have a medical condition, consult a healthcare professional before use.

Yes, you will receive your order after dispatch tracking number, which allows you to track the status of your delivery.
What if my order is delayed?
We aim to dispatch quickly, but occasionally there may be delays due to delivery services. If you are delayed, please contact us at info@herba-medica.si and we'll help you solve the problem.
What happens if I have a dispute with a company?
In the event of a dispute, we encourage peaceful resolution. If no agreement can be reached, the dispute shall be settled at the competent court in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
